I discovered that if you roll up a burp rag you can stabilize an infant's head so that it wont fall off or drag the entire baby to the ground. This frees up the users hands for other activities.

Wow!!
The user could always put the baby in a bouncy seat or crib and free up not only their hands but also the rest of their body as well. LOL!
Turns out that she doesn't really care for those kinds of things.
